Ball Point Impact Tester

HEXA PLAST Ball Pressure Test is used to determine the heat resistance of electrical and plastic materials, especially
those used in electrical accessories, switchgear, and components. A steel ball of specified diameter is pressed against
the surface of the test specimen under a defined load and temperature for a specific time. After the test, the impression
depth is measured to assess the thermal stability and deformation characteristics of the material.
This test ensures that materials maintain their mechanical integrity and dimensional stability when exposed to high
temperatures during service conditions
