Hot Air Oven
HEXA PLAST Hot Air Oven is a laboratory instrument used for sterilization of various materials and equipment using dry
heat. It operates by circulating hot air within a closed chamber to maintain a uniform temperature. The oven is commonly
used in microbiology, pharmaceuticals, and material testing laboratories for drying, curing, and heat treatment of
samples.
Construction includes double-walled insulated chambers, digital temperature controller, air circulation fan, and safety
thermostat for precise and safe operation.
- Sterilization of glassware, metal instruments, and powders
- Moisture removal and sample drying
- Heat treatment and material testing
- Temperature Range : 500 C to 2000 C and 50⁰ C to 3000 C
- Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.5⁰C
- Temperature Uniformity: Upto 1500 C = ±5.00 C
1500 C to 2000 C / 3000 C = ±100C
